June 14-15 Women’s protest and peace camp The British Government is allowing bases Fylingdales and Menwith Hill in North Yorkshire
to be used by the Women have consistently played a leading role in opposing the US war drive and the threat of nuclear weapons. This peace camp follows the successful women’s protest in December 2002 at the base. This weekend camp will include a tour around the base, anti-war discussions and a march and protest at the base. All women are encouraged to come along. Please bring banners, placards, drums, etc. You need to bring a tent, sleeping bag, warm clothes and a contribution to the food is welcome! Transport details:
