INDEPENDENCE FROM AMERICA DAY
4 July 2002
organised by the
CAMPAIGN FOR THE ACCOUNTABILITY OF AMERICAN BASES (CAAB) - supported by Yorkshire CND

The annual 4 July 'Independence FROM America' demonstration (organised by the Campaign for the Accountability of American Bases(CAAB) and supported by Yorkshire CND) will be held the Main Entrance of NSA Menwith Hill, near Harrogate, North Yorkshire from 12pm - 4pm on Thursday 4 July.

We hope as many people as possible will join in this peaceful demonstration to say NO to the base, NO to the open-ended US war/State terrorism against terrorism and NO to the US 'Star Wars' plans.

Veggies will be there with their delicious vegetarian/vegan food stall and Mark Thomas (Political satirist), Caroline Lucas (Green Party MEP) and Dr Lynne Jones (MP) will be speaking.

Please bring your banners, your voices and your non-violent protest and let the US/UK authorities know that we want our independence from America!
